Duck and Champagne Menu

The Cherry wood roasted Peking duck is HKK’s signature dish and takes over two days to prepare. Each duck is hung in a bespoke-built duck drier for 48 hours at three degrees and then roasted for 60 minutes to give the duck crispy skin and tender meat. In this menu HKK serves the duck in three ways, the first with black truffle mantou and Imperial caviar, the second with sesame pancakes, and to finish Duck and abalone supreme stock with egg fried rice. The menu features dessert and half a bottle of Louis Roederer Champagne per person.
